Surrey...Justin Bye today was announceed as Chiefs Pitching Coach by GM Paul Hargreaves for the fall and upcoming spring season.Justin is from the big town of Tillsonburg , in SW Ontario.He played College baseball at Genesee Community College in Batavia ,New York for 2 years earning the Athletic Director's award and winning a Conference championship before transferring to NCAA D2 Barton College in Wilson, N.Carolina where he earned his BA in business and sports management.Justin has been head instructor of winter instructional camps in Ontario for the past 10 years, as well as running pitching clinics over winter breaks at college.Justin worked this past season as pitching coach for the Cloverdale Midget AAA club and was also named to the BC selects Midget AAA National Team as pitching coach.You might also know him as the West coast rep for Cardinal Sports Management.Welcome Justin. |
