The Chiefs announce an off season strength & conditioning workout package starting in early November and going for 6 weeks before a Christmas break.In the New Year, we will get busy and run the package through February.Details will be e mailed to the players home address and can be found in the Handouts section on this site.Any questions can be directed to any Chiefs staff. |
