The tampa bay tigers with a solid defense and a strong running game won there first game of the season 24-0 over the wc,marauders rb #24 got the shutout going on the second play of the game when he broke on a run play for a 40yd td later qb#10 hooked up with wr#18 for an 20yd touchdown the defense also scored twice when cb#1 blasted the marauders qb to cause a fumble and ss#2 picked it up and ran it in for a score cb#11 finished the scoring with a 35yd interception for a touchdown the defense dominated only giving up 35yds total and the offense controlled the clock with a powerful running game for he first win of the season
