Surrey...The Chiefs organization is holding a fundraiser.The Developmental Disabilities Association of the Lower Mainland collects clothing and pays us $2 for the first 150 bags and $3 per bag after 151.We are asking each family to support the cause.This will help clean out your closet and all monies raised will go back into the Chiefs for new equipment at the park or batting facility.The plastic bags from the DDA have been distributed to the Senior Chiefs team.The Junior Chiefs need to pick up bags at off season workouts.The players will be responsible for getting the bags back to the club house for loading Saturday November 24 between 10am and 12 noon.Information on this program was forwarded to your home e mail address.You will find out specifics on what is acceptable to donate.Wendy Bunnett from the Sr.Chiefs will be your main contact.Thanks for your efforts and support of Developmental Disabilities and Chiefs Baseball. |
