The Whalley Chiefs are offering an off season workout and training package for all boys interested between 13-18 years old.Hitting,throwing,pitching and core strength and conditioning will be covered.Instruction is from the Chiefs coaching and training staff.All workouts are at the new indoor facility at Whalley Ball Park or Chiefs club house.The cost is $199 for the initial 7 week session starting Tuesday November 6 and running until Saturday December 22nd.Days are Tuesdays from 6:30pm to 9:30pm, Thursdays from 6:30pm to 9:30pm and Saturday mornings from 10:00am to 1:00pm.The coaches will instruct you on when and what time to be at the facility.The 3 hour sessions will be broken down into smaller workout groups.This is mandatory for all those planning on playing for the Chiefs in the PBL.There will be a 2 week layoff over Christmas and the we will get back at it again with more available days and times.This next session will be 8-10 weeks depending.A Chiefs work out T shirt, shorts and a toque will be part of the $ package.Majestic sweatshirts will be available also for sale.Click here for registration details... |
