PFLUGERVILLE, Texas-- The Pflugerville varsity (7-2) returns to action on Friday, Dec. 4 with a 6 p.m. contest at Leander HS. NOTE: Due to weather concerns, the starting time  has been moved up one hour (from 7 p.m. to 6 p.m.)

The Pflugerville JV/Freshmen Tournament, taking place Dec. 3-5 at PHS, saw the Panther JV and freshman "A" squads advance in the winner's bracket of the JV tournament. The freshman "B" team is participating in the Freshman Tournament. Thursday, the undefeated JV (9-0) cruised over Westwood, 66-7, behind 19 points from guard Tayliah Brooks. The JV next plays Friday at 12:30 p.m. against Vista Ridge.

The Freshman "A" squad picked up two wins Thursday and advance to Saturday's (Dec. 5) semifinals at 11 a.m. where they will face the winner of a Georgetown-Bowie game taking place Friday. The Freshman "A" team is now 10-0.

The P'ville Freshman "B" squad is now 2-3 on the season after suffering a one-point loss to Leander in the Freshman Tournament. They now play Friday at 12:30 p.m. against Westwood.
