Dec.14...The 2nd half the Whalley Chiefs off season workout and training package is being announced.The package is for boys between 13-18 covering hitting, throwing, pitching and a core strength and conditioning program.Instruction will be conducted by the Chiefs on field staff at the new Whalley indoor facility.The 10 week sessions will begin Saturday Jan.5th.13 and conclude Saturday March 16.Times will be broken down as follows:Saturdays from 9:30am to 1:30pm(4) Sundays off , Mondays for catcher's only from 5:30 to 7:30pm with Ernie Hawkins (2),Tuesdays from 6:30 to 9:30pm(3)off Wednesdays and Thursdays with Gord Kerr from 6:30 to 9:30pm(3) and off Fridays.That's 15 hours a week.Cost will be $250 payable to Whalley Chiefs Baseball.Any questions can be directed to any of the Chiefs staff.Register on line.
