| The Lady Warriors started out the game by striking first with a goal by Maddy M. but this would not last long before the Bulldogs would strike back with a goal. At the half Wheatmore was only down by a score of 2-1. When the second half started the warriors began to turn the heat up but was unable to finish up top and come away empty to many times. Being down 4-1 the warrior's began to push more attackers up top which created more pressure on an already tired midfield and defensive backs but was unable to last due to being worn out and had to settle with a final score of 5-1.Hannah R. had 8 saves and the best game of the season for her. This team played a hard fought game for 80 minutes tonight. They played with heart and passion. |
