The Mudcats are coming off a strong 2013 campaign and are looking to improve. They added 4 new players: Jeremy Sourkes, Jeremy Anderson, Drew Martin & Jack Sullivan. After 12 games the 'Cats sit in 3rd place with an 8-4 record. Although the boys are not attending the AA All Star Provincials this year, a number of players have been selected to play in the tournament with various teams. Some highlights of the first half is the offence some of the boys have been providing. There are 7 players with average over .400. Two of them hitting over .500 (Anderson & Funk). The Mudcats are looking forward to finishing the season off strong and securing their birth in the post-season. |
