Having qualified a couple of weeks ago, the team is playing in the AA All-Star Provincials this weekend, looking to earn the right to play in the 2011 Western Senior Tournament.

They are carrying a 11-3 record at this point in the WSBL season and will be adding four players for this tournament:

1. Jon Robbins - right handed pitcher from St.James A's
2. Ryan Mcready - left handed pitcher from St.James A's
3. Jeremy Sourkes - right handed pitcher from Fort Garry Brewers
4. Jeremy Anderson - outfielder from Fort Garry Brewers

The Mudcats' schedule in Pool A of the tournament is as follows:

• Thursday vs Elmwood Giants (7:00pm)
• Saturday vs Border West (9:30am)
• Saturday vs Brandon (4:30pm)

These round-robin games will be played at Giants Field.

Pool B games will be played at Whittier Park.

The semi finals and finals will be played on Sunday, with one semi at Giants Field, the other at Whittier Park. The final game goes at 4:00 PM and will be played at Giants Field.
