The 'Cats lost Game 1 of their semi-final series 6 - 0 to the Teulon Cardinals.Having won their best-of-three round 1 Pool A playoff series over the Springfield Senior Braves 2 games to 1, they qualified for the semi-finals with the home field advantage.

They will now play a best-of-five series against a team that took both regular season games from them, handing the Mudcats 2 of their 5 losses for the year.

Game 2 goes Sunday at 5:00 pm in Teulon, while game 3 is set for 7:30 pm Tuesday back at Giants Field.
