Dear Team:

Welcome to Manchester United!  (Manchester United, as you know, traditionally battles Chelsea in the English Premier League for first place.  Right now it is tied with Arsenal for second place, only two points behind its traditional rival!)

Attached is our team roster and two additional documents that together comprise the season schedule for our team.  Typically (though not always), we will practice at Spring Road on Saturdays at 9 a.m. and will play our games in the early afternoons each Saturday through November 13.

Please keep a close eye on your e-mail for the next few days as I would like to try to get an initial practice in before the September 11 start date.  I am trying for the late afternoon / early evening of Wed., Sep. 8, but nothing is set yet.

I think the girls will have a blast.
