The off season strength & conditioning package has been put together as follows:  The New Year will commence January 4th and carry on every Tuesday until mid February at which time we hope to be outside.Also included are Thursday's Jan.13 , Jan.27 & Feb.10 ( 7 sessions ) There will be 12-2.0 hour sessions between November 23rd and February 8.This training is ''strongly suggested''  for everyone.The off season workouts will be held at the Surrey Traditional School Gym at 13875 113th in N.Surrey. The workouts will be designed for position players and pitchers.Ken Myette will be the pitching instuctor.The cost of the 12 sessions will be  $75.00 which will include a Chiefs workout T shirt and FV mesh shorts.Any questions can be directed to Gord Kerr or Ken Myette.Thanks for your support of Chiefs Baseball.
