Cap City Ballerz is holding a group training session on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of December 21,22 and 23 from 1230-230pm at Bellemeade Community Center, 1800 Lynhaven Avenue, Richmond, Virginia 23224. The training session is for girls and boys ages 9-14, Middle School players only. This training session is going to be conducted by VUU's own Luqman Jaaber. Luqman Jaaber, three-time Virginia Union University MVP and two-time South Atlantic Region men’s Scholar Athlete of the Year.
