A minium of one coach will be CPR trained and also Concussion awareness trained on the staff of RDFL teams on game day.

Safety is more than just rules of the game and coaches being trained in the x's and o on the field with so many changes being implemented for safety at higher levels this must be part of any safety program within any league.

This is part of the educational aspect of league, coaches receive introductory basic education of coaching this goes alone with class room study literature and technical skill development. Podcast, Videos,Blogs and conferences complete the educational curriculum.
