HOUSTON, TX---Cinco Ranch set a school record by allowing just six points on Thursday night vs. YES Prep SE in the first game of the Mustang Classic at Houston Christian.  The six points broke the old school record of 10 points given up against Kempner on 11/29/07.  The 64 point winning margin also set a CRHS record. 

The Wizards had no answer for the Cougars, as Cinco led 26-0 after one quarter and 47-2 at halftime. 

Megan Palmer scored 12 points, while Angie Moore, Taylor Williams, and Emily Richard each tallied 10 in the win.  Shayne Ortiz had five assists and Jaylon McClure dished out four helpers on the evening.  Moore controlled the boards with nine rebounds and Cayla Vanderweide and Christy Williams had four steals each.  Richard added four steals. 

Cinco will continue pool play this evening with a 7:30 tilt against The Woodlands Christian.  YES Prep SE defeated The Woodlands Christian, 53-39 on Wednesday.
