When: 25 November 2009 7:00 PM Where: Bill Moore Clubhouse The 2009 Annual General Meeting and Election of Officers will take place on the 25th of November at the Bill Moore Clubhouse starting at 7:00 PM. Directors and Financial Reports will be available as well as Elections for the 2010 Executive. There will also be a Report from the upcoming BC Minor AGM being held in Vancouver on the 14th of November. Anyone wishing to nominate someone for any of the Executive Positions can contact the Nominating Chair, Louise Ruel at 250-703-2847. Volunteers are also accepted as new blood is always encouraged.
