| The Newberry Lady Panthers opened against the RDU Sting and it came to a nail bitter at the end. The Sting scored with .3 secs to cap off a 19 point comeback. It was a fun game and both teams represented the WBCBL to the utmost and the crowd was crazy. The Panthers hit the road to sunny Fla to take on the Thunder of Tallahassee at 3pm Saturday May 21st. The team is lead by Keena "Sicker" Wicker (31pts) and Briana "Sleepy" Johnson (12pts). See you On June 4th at 3pm when we return home to face the Lady Battlecats of Atlanta! |
