Derek is going into his 4th season with the Outfitters. He is the teams starting 1st baseman and was the only lefty on the team. He is showing more and more improvement after each season and is looking for his break out season. Watch for derek to come up with some big numbers this season at the plate and as always double digits in steals as he is the all time stolen base leader for the Outfitters.
