| Jim "Sledge" Stegge is a 1989 graduate of South Clay High School in Gillet Grove, Iowa. Stegge played baseball for Briar Cliff College in Sioux City, Iowa, where he graduated in 1993. Stegge amateur baseball career began with in Alton, Iowa in 1990-1993, where he played in the Northern Iowa League. From 1994-2005, he has been of the Red Sox lineup. He was also a member of the 2003 and 2004 Class "B" State Champion Red Sox teams. |
