| Jay Merrigan was a 1999 graduate of Vermillion High School. Jay began playing with his hometown Red Sox in 1999 and continues to patrol centerfield today. He was a member of the 2003 and 2004 Class "B" State Champion Red Sox teams. His brothers Jon and Josh, as well as his cousin, Shea, are also members of the Red Sox lineup. |
