| Rory played all of his minor ball in Reston and with OilDome. He was a member of the OilDome Riggers Bantam "AAA" National Bronze medal winning team in 1999, he captured a national silver medal as a pick-up with the Carillon Sultans in 2003, he was member of the Provincial Youth Team at the 2002 Baseball Canada Cup in Melville, and made his MSBL debut as a Brandon Ora Dental Marlin. Since graduating in 2003 Rory has been attending Dickinson State University. Where he played 3B/1B for the Bluehawks for 4 seasons. In 2007 Rory also captured a Senior "AAA" national Silver medal as a pick-up with the Brandon Cloverleafs, in 2008 he played for team Manitoba at the Senior "AAA" Nationals in Brandon, and in 2009 was a picked up to play with the Brandon Marlins at Nationals in Dartmouth, NS. In 2010 Rory was named a first team all-star as a 3rd baseman. Rory was named the 2012 Manitoba Senior "AAA" player of the year and captured the 2012 MSBL Home Run Title |
