Nick is famous with the Western Kentucky Rattlers and staff. He is credited with getting the first hit in the history of the team (which was also in the teams first plate apperance). Nick is from Hartford where he attended Ohio County High School, and is currently attending Lindsey Wilson College. Nick has already had a stellar career at LWC, already ranking in the top ten career categories such as Hits in a season; #7 ranking with 76, season batting average; #8 with .409, career batting average; #3 at .392, and also a #4 ranking of doubles in a season with 20. He also has been named the Mid South Conference player of the week on more than one occasion. Nick plays both outfield and middle infield for the Rattlers and hits in the lead off position. He is very solid defensivly and at the plate, coming through multiple times for the Rattlers in 2005.
