WHO: any 7th or 8th grader 

WHEN: March 7^th & 8^th – Girls Tryouts

TIME: 2:45 – 4:00 PM

PLACE: WCJH Tennis Courts

These papers are DUE on or before FRIDAY, March 2^nd or you will not be able to tryout!!!

1) KISD Athletic Physical Packet

* from P.E. teacher or on the KISD website

2) Athlete/Parent Signature Slip from tryout info packet   

*from Coach Wilson in 1170 or Coach Cross in T-11

TURN IN ALL TENNIS FORMS TO COACH WILSON (1170) or COACH CROSS (T-11)!!!

Parents, please make sure your daughter has a ride at 3:30.  She will need to be picked up by the locker room doors.

All girls MUST have an athletic physical on file.  Required athletic physical paperwork can be found in the handouts section.  Please email Coach Park at evangelinapark@katyisd.org with any additional questions.
