4 Day At Home Workout Plan
At home workout Day 1 Bodyweight conditioning and strength
At home workout Day 2 Jump Training
At home workout Day 3 Full Body Strength
At home workout Day 4 Agility and conditioning
Two workouts a day for at least 4 days. Can choose to do Set A or Set B twice each day, or Set A and Set B each day--20 sec work 10 sec rest with minimum of 2 cycles for each workout.
SET A
Front Lunges, Ball Twist, Rear Lunges, Plank
SET B
Jumping Jacks, Spider, Squats, Flutter K
WORK HARD!!!
