Tryouts (2025 UBC Bantam Thunder)

Attention all interested 2010/2011 born players, tryouts for the 2025 UBC Bantam Thunder team will start on December 7th. There are currently 2 weekends of evaluation sessions for the tryout process. Due to the high number of prospective players expected to try out this year, player reductions are in place for the tryout process. Player reductions will be made after the 1st weekend, and all players who attended the first weekend of tryouts will be informed (via. email) if they will be called back for the second (and last) weekend of tryouts.

Tryouts will utilize UBC Baseball Rose Indoor Training Centre (3085 Wesbrook Mall, Vancouver BC).

The coaching staff will take numerous criteria (including but not limited to: skill level, athleticism, strength, speed, maturity, commitment, attendance, positional efficiency/deficiency and work ethic) into account when selecting the 2025 UBC Bantam Thunder PBL team.

If you cannot make the first (or second/callback) weekend of tryouts, you must advise Luke and/or Vinny (see Contacts).
