The outlaws with only 10 players, two call ups, some how found a way to win a gritty 3-2 victory over the smokin' guns. Outlaws were down 2-0 going into the seventh inning, until Scott Forest led off with a single followed by a single from power. Frenchee and skip each drew walks and with Herp up, the tying run was scored on a wild pitch and followed by a bloop single to push in the winning run.
The outlaw bats were fairly cold for the night managing only four hits with a bunch of strikeouts. As for pitching, power started the game and pitched four tough innings and was followed by Lindy who pitched a solid three innings and picked up the vulture win. Lindy came up huge in the bottom of the seventh when the guns were rallying but a huge pick off killed the rally. The win was a good early season character win which brought the outlaw record to 2-0, while the guns fall to 0-2.
Next action for the Outlaws is Sunday May 15 @ 6:30 against the Blue Jays.
