The Outlaws were in action last night and after a valiant effort their comeback came just a bit short in a 6-5 loss to the Smokin' Guns. Outlaws were down 4-0 after three innings, when the bats started to wake up and came storming back capped off by a dinger from Moose. The guns however scored two in the top of the seventh to take a 6-4 lead. The Outlaws managed to score one but with runners on base fell short. Lindy took the loss after pitching an inning. Moose started the game and showed some rust with this game just being his second start, frenchee pitched three innings of domination with no hits or runs and five k's. Offensively the Outlaws were led by Lindy and Pav who each had two hits apiece. Moose was 1-4 with a dinger, Herp & Power both had triples in the loss. Outlaws now fall to 4-3, while the guns move to 5-2.
Next Outlaw action is June 11-12 when they participate in the Dinsmore Tournament and hope to regain the title of best partiers in Dinsmore.
