Blue Jays end Royals winning ways
Posted June 23, 2011
The Royals travelled to Saskatoon last night to take on the Saskatoon Blue Jays. Colin Bauml started on the hill for the Royals and threw four innings and was relieved by Mathew Strueby. Combined they gave up 11 runs, but only 5 of those runs were earned as the Royals defense crumbled behind them making seven errors. Offensively things were again pretty good as the Royals had 8 hits with Curtis and Luke Strueby leading the way with a pair of hits and 3 RBIS each. Next action for the Royals is this Sunday when they host the Saskatoon Dodgers for a double dip out in Marysburg!
