Win streak at 5
Posted July 16, 2011
The Outlaws took the field today on a hot 30 degree sunny day and extended their win streak to five with a 10-8 victory over the Blue Jays. Game was close until the outlaws took control. Blue Jays did manage to make a comeback but fell short. Frenchee earned the win pitching six innings while striking out five and walking two, Palmer pitched the seventh. Offensively the Outlaws were led by Juicebox who went three for four with two rbi's and three stolen bases. Rease had two hits with three rbi's & Engdahl had two hits with a rbi. Vogul played again with his broken foot and played well with a few scoops at first. Watch out Herp.
Outlaws push their record to 8-5 & are in their final stretch before provincials. Next Outlaw action is Tuesday July 19.
