The Crookston Reds have had two practices already this spring. with a full roster the Reds look to make a run to the region this summer in July with hopes of reaching the ultimate goal of the state baseball tournament. The Reds bring back a core group of veterans along with some new faces. Back from last years 10 and 10 team will be Aaron Motl Chito Longoria Ben Parkin Matt Morin Paul Smith Justin Johnson Nick Wheelhouse Skip Toops Alex Edevold Dillon Nelson and of course long time Reds veteran Brent Stahlecker. Some of the new faces for the Reds this summer include Kit Gilbert Ben Wilson Josh Moser Taylor Morlan Nick Reginbal just to name a few. With the schedule filling up the Reds hope to improve on there 500 season a year ago and are looking to capture thier first ever north west boarder championship. The Reds have been moved agian this year from region 8 to region 10 along with the North East lake and pine league and the Norman Polk League. With some hard work and a lot of dedication the Reds are looking for thier first region appearence since 2009. So come on out and check us out at the Jim Karn.
