Royals down Diggers

The bats were lively once again Wednesday evening as the Royals defeated the Diggers by a score of 18-6 in SSBL action. The Royals pounded out 21 hits with Braden Bauml leading the way with five and Cole Bauml dropping two bombs and driving in 8 runs. Luke Strueby also had three hits for the Royals. Bevan Ledingham threw 6 innings to get the win and Paul Strueby threw the last one in mop up duty. Next action for the boys is Friday as they take on the Saskatoon Outlaws at 9pm at Cairns.
