Dukes Destroyed

In a game much more suited to the Dbacks style(6:30pm) The bats were as hot as the day was warm.  The Dukes thought they would stick with the theme of being all around bush and throw the only player on their team with grey pants.  He apparently had arm surgery earlier that day and topped out at 45mph.  This would have been good enough to sit the Giants down; but the Dbacks can hit sub 60 pitching and continued to pound grey pants into the ground putting up 8 through 4 on him.  They then threw a couple other terrible pitchers and we hit them too. Freeborn had a great day at the plate managing 3 singles and a double all while never breaking a brisk walk.

Trask started, was backed by some shaky defense and continues to round into form.  Sam and Geoff relieved giving up none.  Geoff managed to round up 4 K's in one inning continuing to be selfish player and only care about personal stats. 

After complaining to Dbacks team officials (scared that they would be dotted for being ridiculously bush league), the only player hit was a Dback.  Luckily we had lots of band aids on the bench. Thanks Geoff.

Highlight of the night - Scooter stealing second base of by 8.  His slide was a thing of beauty and grace that could only be matched by IMDB.  He then won Vadge badge for not taking third or pointing to the sky thanking Jesus.
