Stallions crush Royals
Posted July 13, 2012
The Royals faced the Stallions on Wednesday evening and things did not go well. Although the Royals jumped out to a 2-0 lead it was short lived as the Stallions scored three in the first and did not look back. Mathew Strueby got the loss throwing five four innings, with Paul Strueby throwing two innings to mop up. The defense was poor making four errors. The offense was not bad as the Royals had nine hits with Curtis Strueby and Brent Puetz leading the way with two each. However, the team could not get the hit with runners in scoring position. Next action for the Royals is Sunday at 1pm in Marysburg as the Royals host the Dodgers for a doubleheader.
