Awards!!

The Annual SSBL awards were handed out last Friday, and the Stallions did not leave empty handed. Not only did our team capture the League Title, but individually we also had some wins. Congrats to Cody Tkachuk for winnning not only The Chuck Taylor Batting title with a .453 Avg. but he also took home the Joe Zeman MVP award for the regular season. Also going home with some honours was two of our pitching staff, Luke `Twig` Torgunrud split the Dylan Nahorniak Memorial Trophy for most pitching victories with Marysburg Royal pitcher Paul Stueby with 5 wins and Michael Rotchell went to home with the Playoff MVP with a pitching line that is nothing short of epic. 7.2 IP  2 W  0 L  2 S  0.91 ERA.  Also a BIG ups to Brooks Asham for being honoured with The Mike Babiuk Award for dedication to our league and Baseball. We had one hell of a year and again to all the award winners CONGRATS!
