As of today may 9th the Crookston Reds have inked a couple new players to the roster for the 2013 season. Kody Kawlewski from Crookston, Sam Brule from Red Lake County, Casey Morin East Grand Forks, with the possiblity of signing a couple more to the roster to fill it out. The Reds look to return quite a few players from last years team including a few crafty vetrans. New assistan manager Paul Smith looks to make an impact this summer at the short stop postion and lead off spot. Other Vetrans include Matt Morin, Skip Toops, Nick Wheelhouse, Justin Johnson, Dillon Nelson just to name a few. The Reds look to start the season in the last couple of weeks of May. The Reds hope to have a strong season in 2013 with the hope of making thier first region appearence in about 4 yrs, and possibly their first state appearnce since 1998.
