Series Split, All on the line Sunday

The Outlaws and Stallions faced off on saturday in a double dip to claim the league Championship.

The first game saw Skip take the bump. As they have done all year the Outlaws clawed their way back all game and took a 7 to 6 lead into the 7th. The Stallions took advantage of an error and exploded for 4 runs, taking game 1 . Final score was 10 to 8.

Game 2 saw Parker Bessel take the bump with Rhett Kappel behind the dish. The Stallions jumped out to an early lead and once again the Outlaws showed no quit and fought their way back to make a game out of it. Kappel led the way with a strong catching performance throwing out 2 runners, and had a couple big hits during the game. After taking the lead in the top of 7 Vogel came in for the save and preserved the win. A great effort by the young guys , Parker , Rhett and Ben who all contributed to a big W .

This leaves it up to Sunday for all the marbles at 4 oclock at Cairns.
