Recruiting

Recruiting season is in full swing now with the team looking to replace between 20 and 25 players by opening day. Management was not happy with the results of last season and decided a complete overhaul was required. A source within the team was quoted as saying "we need players with proper levels of pugnacity, testosterone, truculence and belligerence.” Eyes are looking all over the city for talent. Recently the top scouts were setting up at the various sno-pitch tournaments, where the Dbacks have found many quality slo-pitch players to fill in the needed key positions.
It has also been reported that the Dbacks have been keeping a close eye on Longhorns tryout to see if they have any new recruits worth picking up this season. Nothing of quality has shown thus far, so they are thinking about expanding to other teams tryouts.
They are also reportedly looking for one girl and one black guy to round out the roster.
