Titans Enjoy Triumphant Week

The Titans had a successful week in their games against Evergreen (4/14/14), Skyview (4/16/14) and Heritage (4/18/14).  Junior Matt Olstead started the week by going 6 innings to earn the win 13-1 over the Evergreen Plainsmen.   The Titans were led offensively by Brady Whalen 2-4, 2 2B, 4 RBI; Jake Hawken 3-4, RBI;  Cody Hawken 2-5, 2 RBI; Thomas Lampkin 2-2; Travis Thompson 1-2, 3 RBI, Ethan Beniga 1-4, 2 RBI; Alex Woodside 1-1.

On Wednesday, the Titans scored twice in the bottom of the seventh inning to edge out the Skyview Storm, 5-4.  Senior Jake Hawken went five innings and reliever David Buehler earned the win.  Offensively; Cody Hawken 3-3, run, 2 RBI; Ethan Beniga 1-4, run; Jack Bauer 1-4, run; ; J. Hawken 1-4, RBI; Thomas Lampkin 1-3; Brady Whalen 1-3; Jason Webb 1-2.

On Friday, Jacob Allbee pitched 4 innings and earned the win 7-2 over Heritage.  Relievers Brenden Marker and  Matt Olstead helped preserve the win.  Offensively for the Titans — Ethan Beniga 1-2 2B; Thomas Lampkin 1-3 3RBI; Brady Whalen 1-3 RBI; Allbee RBI; Matt Huberty 1-2; Tanner Myers 1-3.
