Royals down Diggers

The Royals took on the Diggers yesterday for a double dip. The first game saw the Royals defeat the Diggers 13-2. Dean Jaeb threw a three hit complete game and the offence had thirteen hits lead by Curtis Strueby, Geoff Strueby, and Marty Yeager who all had three hits. Cole Bauml, Geoff Strueby, and Brent Puetz all had home runs in the win. The defense was great again not making any errors.
The second game saw the Royals win by a 12-2 score. Colin Bauml threw five strong and Paul Strueby threw the sixth. The offence was huge again with fourteen hits. Cole Bauml had two more bombs with Braden Bauml and Brent Puetz adding one each. The defense only made one error. Next action for the Royals is Thursday at 6:30 in Saskatoon against the Outlaws.
