McGill-Toolen 57, Escambia County 47: Scott, Williams lead Yellow Jackets

Rene Scott scored 16 points and Marlon Williams had 10 as host McGill-Toolen defeated Escambia County 57-47 at the McGill Tipoff Classic.

The game was tied 27-27 at halftime, but the Yellow Jackets (3-0) put up 18 points in the third quarter to pull away.

Devonte Lee led the Blue Devils with 10 points.
