Rally Cap U7: Ages 5 - 7, not divided by skill levels. League includes FGBA and other local community area teams. This program offers a basic introduction to baseball for our youngest players. The teams usually consist of a minimum of 6 players. These teams will meet for an hour twice a week, to learn the basics of the game and have fun.
Equipment required: baseball glove. Rally Caps play for an hour or so on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

U9: Ages 7 - 9, not divided by skill levels. Rookie League includes all
teams in WSMBA. Rookie games incorporate most of the rules of baseball but use a pitching machine for safety and to help players learn to hit.
Equipment required: baseball glove, athletic supporter, helmet and water bottle. U9's play 2 games per week, varying among Monday, Wednesday and Sunday evenings.

U11: Ages 10 & 11, divided into “A” and “AA” levels. “A” League includes
all teams in WSMBA. “AA” League includes WSMBA, St. James & North Winnipeg. At this age level players pitch to opposing teams. Limits are set on the number of pitches pitched in a day and a week to help safeguard young arms from overuse.
Equipment required: baseball glove, athletic supporter, helmet and water bottle. Although not required, batting gloves and baseball shoes with soft cleats are
recommended, particularly at the “AA” level. Team bats are supplied, but players may bring their own bat as long as they are barrel diameter 2 1/4” or less.
U11's plays 2 games per week, varying among Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday evenings.

U13: Ages 12 & 13, divided into “A”, “AA” and “AAA” levels. “A” and
“AA” Leagues include WSMBA, St. James & North Winnipeg. This is the first age division where essentially all the rules of adult baseball are used, including leading off and stealing bases. Pitching limits are still in place.
Equipment required: baseball glove, athletic supporter, helmet and water
bottle. Although not required, batting gloves and baseball shoes with soft cleats are highly recommended. Players may bring their own bat as long as the barrel diameter is 2 5/8", with a -10 length to weight ratio or less.
U13's “A” and “AA” play 2 games per week, varying among Monday, Wednesday and Sunday evenings.

U15: Ages 14 & 15, divided into “A”, “AA”, and “AAA” levels. “A” and
“AA” Leagues play citywide.
Equipment required: baseball glove, athletic supporter, helmet, and water bottle. Although not required, batting gloves and baseball shoes are highly recommended.
Players may bring their own bats, as long as the barrel diameter is 2 5/8", with a -3 length to weight ratio  or less (metal bats only). Wood bats are permitted and do not have to adhere to the -3 ratio.
U15's play 2 games per week, varying among Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday evenings. Note due to numbers, some players may be moved to other local community areas to form equitable teams

U18: Ages 16, 17 & 18, divided into “A”, “AA”, and “AAA” levels. “A”
and “AA” Leagues play city-wide. Equipment required: baseball glove, athletic supporter, helmet, and water bottle. Although not required, batting gloves and baseball shoes are highly recommended. Players may bring their own bats, as long as the barrel diameter is 2 5/8” or less and must be wood.
