Directors Cup Fee

Parents: the fee for the Directors Cup is $35.00. I can take payments in the following methods:
CASH:
I love cash! But if you pay me cash, you must do the following two things:
- Place the money in a sealed envelope with your son's name and jersey number on it. If you just hand me the money I will just put it in my pocket and forget it and later claim that you never paid me.
- Ask me for a receipt. I have a receipt book and log all cash payments with a respective receipt number. If there is no receipt number to log a the end of the day, then I will assume that you did not pay me. If i say that I will "get you a receipt later" don't believe me. I am getting older and definitely will not remember. Keep your reciept until the end of the season.
Check:
Checks are super easy because I just take a photo with them with my phone :and voila....money in the bank. Don't leave your checkbook lying around while I am near you.
Credit Card:
I have a Square and take MC, Visa, Discover, and AMEX. Just one swipe and it's done. Receipt is emailed to your address of choice.
When to pay me:
After a game is best. Before the game, we are discussing lineup; warming up the boys, checking equipment, reviewing game cards, and most importantly....dividing up the pistachios evenly amongst ourselves, so not really a good time. Also, if you see me on the practice fields you may pay me at that time as well.
Okay, enough about money matters: Game this Sunday at New Territory at 1pm against Kingwood Alliance.
