Bantam Royals Fall to 1-4

The Bantam Royals traveled to White Rock on Saturday to take on the Tritons at South Surrey Athletic Park. The Royals struggled to keep White Rock from crossing the plate, and ended up falling by a score of 10-1. Third baseman Brett Hoogstins had a single, double, and walk while catcher Walker Mackay threw out two runners who were attempting to steal. Darian Guemos was solid on the mound.
The Royals get right back at it this week with three league games. They will travel to Cloverdale on Tuesday to take on the Spurs, before hosting Abbotsford on Wednesday and Vancouver on Saturday.
