Weekly Q&A segment featuring a new Angel every week. This week features 10 year veteran Kurtis Schumacher, last night's winning pitcher.
Angels Media: Who is the greatest Angel you have ever played with?
Kurtis Schumacher: I had the pleasure to play alongside Cody Bobble... I mean Cobble. He was the definition of a Coquitlam Angel. His stories will live on in Angel folklore for years to come.
Angels: What are your expectations for the Angels this year?
KS: My expectation is consistency. In past seasons we have shown strengths in either pitching or offense... usually pitching but thats neither here nor there. This year we look to be well rounded in all aspects of the game.
Angels: If you could say one thing to all the Angel fans out there, what would it be?
KS: No refunds
Angels: Heh, same for league fees.
Angels: Favourite activity to do in Coquitlam?
KS: Probably visit the old watering hole... the John B. Either that or there's a lot of trails to hike around the Douglas College/Lafarge Lake area.
Angels: Your Angels career highlight?
KS: My highlight would be getting a hit back when they would let me bat a couple years ago.
