Sandblasters win in Seattle

The Sandblasters are now 1-1 at the Mickey Merriam Tournament after beating the Seattle Braves 7-3 Friday night. Zach Inskeep was 3/4 with 3 RBI's including a 2 RBI triple to start the scoring for the Sandblasters in the 1st inning. Jonathon Bennison was the winning pitcher as he threw for 6 innings allowing only 4 hits and 2 earned runs. Three Rivers has 2 games tomorrow to finish pool play at the tournament.
