DIggers down Royals; Blue Jays, Royals Postponed

The Royals lost to the Diggers on Sunday by a score of 5-2. The Diggers jumped out to a 5-1 lead and the Royals could not get the runs back. They had nine hits but could not get the clutch hit once again to drive in the runs. Paul Strueby took the loss on the mound for the Royals.  The Royals were then supposed to travel to Saskatoon on Monday and play the Blue Jays, but were rained out. Next action for the Royals is this weekend in Moose Jaw at the Senior AA Provincial Championship!
