Royals win 5th Consecutive League Pennant

The Royals took on the Guns last night in their last regular season game. First place was on the line. Dean Jaeb threw a strong 5 innings and Thomas Lessmeister threw a strong two in relief as the Royals pounded out 13 hits on their was to a 13-4 victory. Geoff Strueby hit a solo bomb in the win. With the win the Royals claim their 5th consecutive SSBL League Pennant. They now play the Outlaws in the first round on the SSBL playoffs.
