Winter Training Program to Begin in November

The Ridge Meadows Royals will be offering a winter training program for players in Midget, Bantam, Pee Wee and Mosquito for the 2015-2016 off-season. The program will run from November through February and will consist of 2-3 sessions per week, focusing on various skills including hitting, pitching, fielding, conditioning, and baseball knowledge. Emails will be sent out in the next week or so. If you are not currently enrolled in Fall Ball, and wish to participate in the Winter Training Program, please email rmroyals@hotmail.com.
