We lost one of the good guys

Friends in Softball

It is with a heavy heart that I have to tell you all, that our good friend and ambassador of girls softball, Palmer McNaughton, has passed away. He will be sorely missed. Palmer was 58. He helped coach the last Lady Patriot ASA state championship team in 2008 (shown in the picture in the back row, far right). Not only a coach, he was also the Tourney Director for the Lady Patriots for many years, with his friend, Steve Benner. Palmer was always around a softball field, and loved the game. He brought out the best in all the lives he touched, and Central PA softball won't be the same without him.
